USE-2 or RHW-2 or RHH Building Wire is commonly used as solar wire for various applications. Standards : USE-2 meets or exceeds the following standards UL 44 /ASTM standards B 800, B 801/ Sunlight resistant Construction : CONDUCTORS: Compact bare AA-8000 series aluminum alloy, Class B o Compressed soft drawn bare copper with class B stranding per ASTM Standards stranded per ASTM INSULATION: Abrasion, heat and moisture resistant cross-linked polyethylene insulation (XLPE), low coefficient of friction, “slippery” or “slick” material.
